Rhoys came to Rainbow Meadows after the closure of Southern Winds Equine Rescue and Recovery Center in Udall Kansas. Southern Winds officially closed operations in May 2021. Rhoys is very sweet and loves attention. He is sway back but with carefully fitted tack he rides nice and with energy.
