Gypsy

This lovely paint mare was running at large for well over a month in southeast Kansas, where she was regularly spotted in the evening at one particular location. In 2014, Kansas experienced a brutally cold winter, and her ability to fend for herself of compromised. Rainbow Meadows was contacted by the property owner of Gypsy's regular evening stop, who was concerned about Gypsy's safety and the risk of her being hit by a car on a nearby highway. Rainbow Meadows arrived on site and, with the assistance of some grain, easily caught Gypsy and brought her to the rescue.
